Copper  alloy powder (CuCrZr) is a high-performance material characterized by its  high strength and excellent electrical conductivity. Within this alloy  system, the zirconium (Zr) content significantly influences the material's  overall performance. Zirconium effectively inhibits grain growth, thereby  maintaining superior mechanical strength, hardness, and electrical  conductivity even under elevated temperatures. However, during processing,  zirconium burn-off poses a significant challenge, complicating the precise  control of alloy composition.
