Director of Connection Technology, Senior Engineer.Graduated from Jilin University with a major in welding, and joined China First Automobile Group Corporation in the same year. He has been engaged in research on welding technology and processes for 25 years, with extensive expertise in the application and transformation of new welding/connection technologies, welding quality control, welding/connection process development and planning, benchmarking of welding/connection processes, and cost analysis. He has held several industry positions, including Secretary-General of the Welding Society at FAW Science and Technology Association, Secretary of the Manufacturing Division at the China Mechanical Engineering Association, and Board Member of the Additive Manufacturing Committee at the China Construction Welding Association. He has published 16 papers, formulated over 20 standards/regulations, and been granted 13 patents. He has also received numerous awards at the industry, group, and company levels since joining FAW.
