3D Printed Elastomers and Lightweighting Technologies for Scalable Applications

【Abstract】

1. Challenges in Scalable Applications & Innovation: An introduction to the technical bottlenecks (performance, cost, and efficiency) in transitioning elastomer 3D printing from prototyping to mass production. The presentation will emphasize how controllable foaming technology achieves lightweighting while simultaneously reducing material consumption, costs and improving printing efficiency.

2. Lightweighting Pathways: Sharing the latest advancements in microsphere foaming, supercritical fluid (SCF) foaming, and topology optimization algorithms, as well as the synergistic results achieved by integrating foaming processes with structural design.

3. Industrial Validation & Market Outlook: An analysis of common challenges in industrial production and corresponding technical solutions, followed by a review of typical application scenarios and future market prospects.
