【Biography】
Dr. Qiu holds a PhD from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He is recognized as a Zhejiang Overseas Talent and currently serves as the legal representative of Jimi (Ningbo) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., founder of Kunshan Yaode Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd., and legal representative of several other companies.
His expertise lies in combining materials science with metal powder forming technologies. As early as 2002, he began working across the Taiwan Strait to promote Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and Binder Jetting Metal Additive Manufacturing (BJT MAM). Since 2014, he has assisted numerous advanced metal processing enterprises in China in solving material and manufacturing challenges.
In 2020, he established a manufacturing business in Ningbo, Zhejiang, focusing on powder pressing equipment. He is regarded as a role model of “applying knowledge to practice,” making outstanding contributions to China’s powder metallurgy industry. In October 2023, he received the Annual Best Progress Award from the China Powder Metallurgy Innovation Technology Strategic Alliance.
