MT-BT20 is a high-aluminum-equivalent near-alpha titanium alloy. This alloy is a short-term high-temperature titanium alloy with moderate room-temperature and high-temperature strength, good thermal stability, and welding performance. It is capable of operating at temperatures up to 500°C for extended periods. The current application areas include medical devices, such as dental surgical instruments and micro-tools; and consumer electronics, including smartwatch connectors and watch buckles.
