GA520 is
a high - strength aluminum alloy specially developed for 3D printing by
AmPro. It offers a stable tensile strength of over 520 MPa and an elongation
rate of over 12 %.
The aviation components made from GA520 have passed a stability test of
5000 hours at a constant 250°C high temperature, which is equivalent to the
25 - year normal service life requirement for an engine.
