A nitrogen generator is a device that uses air as raw material to separate oxygen and nitrogen through physical methods to obtain nitrogen gas. Compressed air undergoes purification and drying, then undergoes pressure adsorption and depressurized desorption in an adsorber. Typically, two adsorption towers are used in parallel, employing high-quality carbon molecules as adsorbents, controlled by a PLC program to alternate between the two towers for cyclic operation, alternating between pressure adsorption and depressurized regeneration, thus completing the separation of nitrogen and oxygen to produce high-purity nitrogen gas.
