Robo L1 is the industrial six-laser wire additive manufacturing product line, which is capable of printing medium, large, and ultra-large-sized finished metal products, with a maximum molding area of up to 2 meters. The eight-axis fully synchronized robots frees up the limitations of printing any shape. Equipped with VEAM laser coaxial wire feeding additive system, each laser beam is independently adjusted to ensure finer printing surface. Adopting closed-loop precision wire feeding system to ensure the stability and smoothness of the whole wire feeding process, and equipped with straightening technology for accurate wire feeding, comprehensively improving the process accuracy and production efficiency. The standard thermal imaging camera and melt pool camera can more accurately control the temperature between layers, and monitor the quality of the finished product in real time.
