Current Status and Development of Additive Manufacturing Technology in Rail Transit

2013-Present, majoring in metal 3D printing material design and forming process, standardization technology research, as well as engineering technology application development. He has presided over/participated in more than 20 engineering projects and basic scientific research projects on technology development and engineering of key components for high-end equipment in aerospace, rail transportation and other fields with titanium alloys and aluminum alloys as the main components, and has presided over/participated in the compilation and evaluation of more than 70 standardization projects on additive manufacturing-related technologies. Now he is working in the additive manufacturing technology post of China Vehicle Research Institute, engaged in the research of high-performance aluminum alloy additive manufacturing and additive repair technology, engineering technology research and related standardization technology research work. He has more than 11 national invention patents, presided over 2 national standards, 2 group standards, and 2 corporate standards of China Vehicle. He has won 1 first prize and 2 second prizes for scientific and technological inventions, 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes for innovation challenges, 1 innovation prize, and 1 national standardization "advanced worker".
