The Establishment and Application of the In-Hospital 3D Printing Center
【Abstract】
1.Foundation and Positioning of the Center: Relying on Yunnan Provincial Key Laboratory of Digital Orthopedics, centered on medical-engineering collaboration, build a standardized in-hospital 3D printing infrastructure integrating scientific research, clinical practice and teaching, laying the foundation for the transformation of precision medicine;
2.Core Business and Clinical Application System: Cover five core services including medical image 3D reconstruction, surgical models/guides, customized implants, and external fixation orthoses, constructing a full-process standardized path from data collection to clinical delivery to adapt to the surgical needs of multiple departments;
3.Application Effects and Industry Value: The effectiveness of the technology has been verified through more than 2,000 clinical cases, yielding patents, papers and multiple standards. It promotes the sinking of technology to primary medical institutions, realizing the transformation of medical care from empirical to digital and personalized;
4.Existing Challenges and Future Directions: Focusing on existing issues such as precision stability and standardization improvement, layout the development path of new material applications, intelligent printing technology R&D and multi-disciplinary integration, build a digital medical innovation platform, and expand the technical application boundaries.
