【Biography】
Mr. Henri Pang holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, specializing in product design, industrial design, human-computer interaction design, and international brand promotion. As the founder of Walnut Technology Co., Ltd. and cofounder of H3FutureLab (an innovation platform initiated by Professor Gao Bingqiang, an angel investor in DJI and former Dean of the School of Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), he has led his team to develop innovative products that have won numerous international awards, including the German Red Dot Award, the iF Design Award, the American IDEA Design Award, and Time Magazine's "100 Best Inventions of the Year" award.
Mr. Henri Pang also serves as the Chief Strategic Representative and Senior Advisor for Kickstarter, dedicated to promoting the development of the Kickstarter platform in the Chinese market. Mr. Peng focuses on supporting creative projects to gain global attention through creative crowdfunding, helping Chinese creators integrate into the international creative ecosystem. He has extensive experience in cross-border cultural and creative industries, strategic planning, and international cooperation, playing a bridging role in the exchange and integration of the creative industries in China and abroad.
In 2018, Mr. Pang, as a representative of Hong Kong and Macao youth in Qianhai, Shenzhen, was warmly received by President Xi Jinping. During the pandemic, he led his team to quickly design and deploy a remote infrared body temperature detector, providing technical support for public health prevention and control. Based on his outstanding leadership and achievements, Mr. Peng was recognized by Shenzhen as a high-level overseas talent (Peacock Plan Category B) in 2021.
Since 2021, Mr. Henri Pang has served as the Chief Strategic Representative and Senior Advisor for Kickstarter China, a global crowdfunding platform for creative products. He has assisted over 2,500 original Chinese innovative product projects in successfully going international, raising a total of over RMB 8.4 billion, covering fields such as new energy, artificial intelligence hardware, and consumer electronics. He is committed to providing Chinese companies with brand expansion and product strategy support, promoting the globalization of technology and creativity.
In 2023, Mr. Henri Pang co-founded H3FutureLab, the first venture capital lab in China focusing on hardware product innovation, with renowned angel investor Professor Pin Keung KO. H3FutureLab is dedicated to initiating and incubating startups with the potential to become top global technology brands. In 2025, Mr. Henri Pang, together with renowned media personality and investor Mr. Zhang Peng (founder of GeekPark), launched N2Fund, dedicated to supporting AI hardware teams with a global reach.
