【Biography】
Zhu Yaosheng, Chairman of CAS VALUE(FUJIAN) TECHNOLOGY CO .,LTD., has achieved remarkable success in the field of metal 3D-printed shoe moulds. He previously worked for the internationally renowned shoe mould manufacturer Taiwan Pou Chen Group, where he accumulated over 20 years of experience in the shoe mould industry, specialising in the production of sports shoe moulds. He is a pioneer in the field of metal 3D-printed shoe technology. In 2016, China successfully developed metal 3D printing technology and applied it to the military and aerospace sectors. At that time, Zhu Yaosheng, who had been a professional manager in the traditional shoe mould industry for nearly 10 years, swiftly recognised the industry opportunity and established Zhongke Fengyang. The company collaborated with the Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Research Centre of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Xiamen Institute to conduct technical feasibility studies on metal 3D printing, including industrial simulation. After two years of intensive research, the company successfully applied metal 3D printing technology to the shoe mould industry. Under his leadership, Fengyang Company has continued to grow and has become the global leader in the metal shoe mould 3D printing industry. Currently, the company operates 58 printing machines and produces over 15,000 pairs of shoe moulds annually.
