Dr. Chulhong Rhie is a distinguished expert in manufacturing innovation, with over 21 years of experience in Virtual Vehicle Production Quality Validation. He holds a Ph.D. in Automotive Engineering from Kookmin University (2024) and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Seoul National University (2005). For the past three years, Dr. Rhie has focused on the strategic integration of Additive Manufacturing (AM) into industrial production, specifically pioneering the development of high-performance sealer nozzles. By combining his extensive background in vehicle quality assurance with advanced DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) principles, he has successfully developed specialized hardware that overcomes the limitations of traditional manufacturing. His current work involves leveraging parametric design and Python-based automation to drive the next generation of precision dispensing solutions in the automotive sector.
