Rui Ma, Researcher, Director of the Additive Manufacturing Center at Beijing Power Machinery Research Institute. Served as the executive deputy chief engineer of a national major research project, technical director of a major project, member of the Additive Manufacturing Technology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, member of the Youth Committee of the Welding Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and member of the Process Subcommittee of the National Additive Manufacturing Standards Committee. In the past five years, he has been in charge of several major national research projects, has published over 30 academic papers and holds 17 patents, and has won three National Defense Science and Technology Progress Awards.
