【Biography】
Bailu Zhong is the managing partner of Hylandslaw (shenzhen) Law Firm, Hylandslaw & Woo Kwan Lee and Lo (qianhai) Venture Law Firm. She is also a member of the expert group for foreign-related legal services in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Legal Affairs Zone of the Qianhai Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen. She has extensive experience in industries such as finance, going global, new energy, and electronics. Bailu Zhong graduated from the Law School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the United States and Kobe University in Japan, obtaining a Doctor of Law degree and a Master's degree in Corporate and Financial Law. Lawyer Zhong Bailu has held positions in financing, investment, mergers and acquisitions, and other fields in top domestic real estate companies ranked by Fortune Global 500. She has also worked at Beijing King & Wood Mallesons Law Firm and has been deeply involved in corporate and financial institution business for over fourteen years.
