Boasting an extensive tenure in executive roles within Fortune 500 companies, Lucy has consistently been entrusted with the oversight of profit and loss growth as a pivotal owner of cost centers. Her executive responsibilities span a gamut of domains including corporate strategy formulation, talent cultivation, brand management, product innovation, and market penetration.
Notably, Lucy has previously served in senior managerial capacities at General Electric's corporate and its Energy and Industrial divisions. She is an alumnus of General Electric's prestigious Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), which attests to her unwavering commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.
Lucy has contributed to the advancement of the 3D printing sector as Deputy Director of the Shanghai Additive Manufacturing Association. During this tenure, she actively participated in numerous practical 3D printing projects, thus playing a pivotal role in the growth of the 3D printing industry.
She also served as the former Greater China General Manager of Stratasys, the world's leading 3D printing company. This experience has endowed her with an in-depth understanding and insightful perspectives on China's 3D printing industry.
In 2018, Lucy co-founded TPM3D, an enterprise focused on the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing technology. Committed to indigenous research and development of equipment and materials, TPM3D currently boasts a substantial clientele both domestically and internationally. Positioned in a phase of rapid expansion, the company harnesses the strength of "Chinese ingenuity" to drive the applicative progression of SLS 3D printing technology.
