【Biography】
Engr. Fred P. Liza s a distinguished enginer, researcher, and innovation leader currently serving as the Chief of the Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Research and Development Division at the Department of Science and Technology -Metals Industry Research and Development Center (DOST-MRDC).
As a vanguard of additive manufacturing in the Philippines, he is the Program Leader of the Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMcen), the countrys premier R&D and technological hub for 3D printing and advanced materials. His core expertise lies in industrial prototyping, fabrication, and the strategic integration of next-generation manufacturing technologies to elevate the competitiveness of Philippine industries.
Engr. Liza is a Philippine government Gawad Pagasa honour awarde, and through his continuous leadership at DOST-MIRDC, he remains dedicated to driving technological advancement and building the future of the Philippine manufacturing sector.
